Le Pin-au-Haras update

Le Pin-au-Haras, FRA, Sept. 15, 2022 – Kelly Houtappels-Bruder, originally from Ariss, ON, residing in Steensel, NED aims to reach the podium at the 2022 Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) Driving World Championships for singles held from Sept. 15 – 18 in Le Pin-au-Haras, FRA. Coming off a silver medal at the 2020 FEI Driving World Championships for singles in Pau, FRA, Houtappels-Bruder looks to continue her success with her partner Flip (Fidertanz x Carprilli), a 12-year-old Oldenburg gelding whom she co-owns with her husband Frank Houtappels.

Houtappels-Bruder will be competing in her fifth World Championships and this year’s competition will feature 75 riders from 18 countries, with the Dressage phase beginning for the Canadian duo on Friday at 2:30 pm CEST. The pair will then compete in the Marathon stage on Saturday and conclude the championship on Sunday with cones.
